For the ‘Starving’ Artists: If you have had the chance to drive, ride or walk past The Brick Pig’s House, you saw that we have two spacious windows with nothing in them. These are being made available to you for displaying your works, at no charge. One has already been reserved by a artist for the next two months but if you would like to display your work or works, you are welcome to the other. Please understand that:
- Your work or works cannot completely block the view inside.
- You must have contact information clearly visible for those who may be interested.
- You can display your work indefintely, so long as there is no one waiting.
- If other are artists waiting, you will have two weeks display time. You can ask to be placed on rotation
- We would like 10% of any sale you might make.
In terms of a displays, display times and rotation, once I have a list of artists and description of their work(s) I will provide a display calendar here and do my utmost to maintain it.

Sooo What do you think of Carolyn’s New Shoes. Nice huh!? They were a gift from Lauren, one of our closest customers. Lauren is on her way to Mexico and won’t be back for a while.. This is her way of making sure Carolyn doesn’t forget her I guess. That’s nice too!. Well Lauren, this will most definitely help Caolyn remember you. Not to worry though. She would have remembered you anyway but this is a real memory sticker!

We are surrounded by celebraties! Really! Some of you have already met Arnold White the renowned Artist who lives right next door whose works can be seen in and about Oakland. We now have Raul Aguilar Inarritu our neighbor to the right of us. Raul is a member of Electric Motorsports, the builders of electric motorbikes and motor cycles. Electric Motorspots recently won their class at the Ilse of Man’s Motocross Motorcycle Race. Here’s a couple of links to the race results and their team description.
